DinkReels is a web application that uses AI to analyze pickleball game videos, detect individual points, and generate highlight clips.

3. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Your Content

• You retain ownership of the videos you upload.
• By uploading content, you grant DinkReels a limited license to process, store, and display your content as needed to provide the Service.
• You must have the right to upload any content you submit. Do not upload content that infringes on others' rights.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.

6. Service Availability

DinkReels is provided "as is." We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DinkReels and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
